Who we are

Monoponly Partners works with Introducing Brokers (IBs) — people who already refer clients to brokers and people who want to start. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website.

Information we collect

• Application details you choose to give us: name, email, phone number, Telegram or WhatsApp contact, country, the path you selected (existing IB or new IB) and, on the existing IB application, your answers about your business, challenges and goals.
• Campaign source: if you arrive from an ad or link, we record the campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source or utm_campaign) with your application.
• Advertising choice: if you use the advertising controls in the footer, we store your choice, when you made it, the notice version and region, retaining previous choices when you change them.
• Advertising measurement (only if allowed): page visits, a "Lead" event when an application is saved, browser and device information, IP address and Meta cookies (_fbp, _fbc).

How we use it

To review your partnership request, contact you about it and prepare a suitable proposal; to understand which campaigns bring relevant applicants; and to improve the website. We do not sell your information.

Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure which Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and completed applications, and to help show our ads to people likely to be interested. The details you type into the application form are not sent to Meta.

Your cookie choices

We show a cookie banner in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, and when your region cannot be determined. Meta Pixel remains blocked there until you accept cookies. In other regions ordinary tracking runs by default unless you reject it. Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to accept or reject cookies. Opening settings does not change your choice. Rejection stops future events immediately and applies across open tabs and later visits. Acceptance permits new events only; we do not replay applications or visits that were blocked. Browsers sending Global Privacy Control are never tracked, even after acceptance.

Sharing

Your application may be shared with the brokerage partners we work with when needed to discuss or set up a partnership with you, and with service providers that host this website and store data on our behalf.

Storage and security

Applications are stored in a secured database. Visitors cannot read submitted applications; access is limited to our team. We keep application details only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting partnership, or as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or limit its use, or withdraw consent. To make a request, reply to any message from our team or contact us through the details you received when we got in touch.

Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
